EVERYONE MACA does not give up.And if it doesn't give up, it's because of you. Every year we set ourselves the challenge of organizing these multidisciplinary artistic events with the aim of making visible and empowering people with functional diversity.And we know that it shouldn't have to be necessary. We know that all people, regardless of their class, category or condition, should have the right and freedom to be part of the usual creative processes, of the artistic circuits, and to be present in all educational centers, in all professional spaces and in every stratum of this society.It should be an absolutely normalized matter. But it isn't. It still isn't. That's why we return, year after year, with the same enthusiasm and the same determination that we have maintained since 2017, when we celebrated the first edition of this meeting of interaction, emotion and inclusion that has as its headquarters and epicenter the Museum of Contemporary Art of Alicante (MACA). The official reason, of course, is the International Day of Persons with Disabilities celebrated every December 3rd.
